yes, but the rods are longer, so leverage amplify's the destruction, while pistons are pretty compact

I am planning on doing the same thing for my grand am front, stock rears.
I read the original zetner pages on this, and thats exactly what he did - removed the spring. he kept trying softer & softer springs to get the rears to come in more, and finally removed the spring, and was happy with it.

I would think no, after the turbo, the spray will have a cooling affect.

I know its already been worked out in the past, but what is done with the MAP sensor? I know you can just vent the PCV, and add small tubes to each ITB stack, and use the existing IAC. oh, never mind, the same small tubes can be used for MAP reading.... dang - looks good! still need injector bungs &...

and, your injectors are not the only part in your fuel system. you have a few connections along the way from the fuel pump to the injectors. you no want leaks. 80 PSI from a liquid is tough stuff. and, it does make it harder for the injectors to open - they open against the pressure, not with the pr...

every transmission has parasitic loss. it is a fixed number. gears dont get harder to turn if you turn them harder - they get harder to turn as you turn them faster. a TH125 is going to suck out X hp's @ 4000 rpm if you put this on a 90 hp duke, it sucks X hp's @ 4000 rpm if you put this on a 200 hp...

injector sizing is based on HP output. the 19's will be a bit on the large size for ya, but should be OK. 17's would be way to go - which are good to a little over 200 HP

such sillyness. yes, 200 ft-lbs is 200 ft-lbs. no doubt about that. the gearing & the rpms is the other half. the power has to get to the ground. when you say "geared the same", do you take the L67 trans or the F1 trans? whichever you pick, the other loses. the F1 motor IDLES at the L6...

Re: Brake Upgrade

Ok, I have decided on my brake upgrade. I won't be doing the LeBaron brakes for 2 reasons. 1) I can't afford them 2) I am not doing an engine swap or anything so I don't really need huge brakes. Since I need an e-brake for inspection, I am going to do Grand Am brakes on the front and call it done. ...

To say that the Trueleo is the "only" option to hit 200+ HP on a 3.4L is WRONG. Orief AND Myself BOTH hit over 220HP with carbs ...and you cant tell me the SAME engine now has EFI and has lost 30hp?? NAHHH I DOUBT IT. You hog out the bottom and match up the middle. Then a WAY bigger TB. B...

Now the question I have then is, are the sensors compatible from the DOHC to the 3.4 L32 and Boat Anchor? Thanks I dont know, but being GM stayed pretty consistant with things, I will say YES, the newer TPS will work. but, I dont know if GM continued to use the IAC - but this is just a controlled v...

slick stuff, kohburn
any concerns on oil return flow or oil level in the pan?
doesnt look like enough angle to make any real difference, but I have heard 3.4 DOHC has oil return issues when held in the upper RPMs for a long time (dont know this for a fact - just respouting what I've read elsewhere)

if you have a 60 degree V6, and it need more airflow, the Trueleo intake is one of your ONLY options. all by itself, on a stock 2.8 Fiero GT - this would be a total waste of time & money. this is part of a total package - the other parts being cam & headers, and at some gasket matching. that...
