I am not ready to spend the time to convert to 7730 yet. It doesn't need to be converted. I have the harness and computer to do so but not in the mood. It can be figured out. I think Ryan said he has never done an 88 chip before so I am sort of in unchartered territory here. I am just ready to ditc...

Red tops are 30's green tops are 42's. I already have a set of 42's but no sense in using them since I can't run more boost. I tried increasing fuel pressure from 39 to 43 and still no change. The injectors are maxed out. I think the ls1's have a different connector then what we use. I might be wro...

98 LS1 engines use 28lb injectors, 99-02 use 26lb'ers. try the for sale section on ls1tech.com. Also ford svo green tops are 30lb'ers (possibly the red tops, I get them mixed up). both should fit your motor

one question, if you only have to make a small jump, why not just increase fuel pressure?

That thing looks brand new. Where do you work? It is brand new. I'm a service tech for an Okuma distributor. Its a pretty cool gig, actually. I get to go in all these shops and see the neat shit they're building. i.e. automotive, aerospace, and the like. we even have a customer that makes medical s...

cool vid, however, I feel Okuma builds a better machine tool.

Of course, I may be a bit biased ;)

ok, this is mostly a question for Shaun because my plan is somewhat similar to his setup, but I'll take all the help I can get. I'm pretty sure I'll still have to buy a few additional odds and ends but, which one of these piping kits is probably going to be the most useful? Thanks! http://cgi.ebay.c...

Are you running DIS? If so, I'm wondering how its hooked up. Need to figure out how to wire an AEM to the GM coilpacks, otherwise it looks like i'm going to pick up some LS1s and go COP. I'm still on HEI at the moment. Getting the MS to control it wasn't bad at all. I'll probably switch to DIS if/w...

WOO-HOO!

got the car to start and idle on Megasquirt last night, no fires either  hopefully I can finish cleaning up the wiring by this weekend and start on the turbo manifold. If all goes reasonably well, I should have this thing back on the streets in no time I'd also like to thank TurboGT for his ...

any wiring harness experts on here?

Are there any wires in the console that provide power in "Run" only? i.e. no power when cranking.

I can get what I need by stringing wire from the fuse box, but I'd rather save myself some trouble if I can.

The bottom part of the injector should work with a fiero o-ring. But I don't think the top will work. I am using Fiero top injector o-rings in my GSX with a holley fuel rail. But they will not work with the factory 450cc injectors, the groove for the o-ring isn't wide enough to run the larger diame...

24 lb injectors will support up to around 250 hp according to some websites, but I think on a fiero they will suport a bit more. Yah they can support more than that, I was pushing 220whp with my stock 23s, and it was common knowledge the DOHC could be pushed to 300hp before they maxed. just because...

window switch in series with a lil red button on the gearshift, actually

I don't have a purge, so the afr drop is what happens before the nitrous works its way through the line

a t3/60-1 is not too big for a 3800. I mean come on now. not even close. it is big for a 2.8 but will make decent power at low boost levels. will spool quick too. Prob make 7 psi by 3300 rpm or so. I would use stock springs unless you have high miles on the motor, and if so stock replacements will ...

that one was either 75 or 100. the 150 kept ripping the tires from the dyno and screwing up the chart. this one had a bit of tire spin as well, but not too terrible.
