Engine Removal

Any advice on how in the world i can lift the frame of my car high enough to slide the engine from underneath it? I obviously don't have access to a lift. What methods have some of you used? Thanks guys.

Junction Box (newbie question)

Man this sounds wild but any tips on getting the bolt off that keeps the junction box on? I've tried a 6.5mm to big, 6mm to small. 3/16 to small... Needle nose pliers wont budge it... What is it with this thing?

Haha i folded and my buddy and i towed it 3 miles down the road to the shop and i had them do my timing haha. But hey i think i've done mighty damn well up to this point with the help of chilton and rff!!!

What does it smell like? Decaying corpses? Can you borrow a machine that generates ozone? You'll find a lot of the electrostatic air cleaners are massive ozone producers. Just stick that in there for a couple days..... Fortunately no it doesnt smell that bad haha. Just smells old i guess. Its hard ...

So before i put my new interior in... I have it stripped down to metal right now. How can i get that old car smell out? Tried bleach, and air freshner, and airing it out. Still not satisfied with the results... :puke:

did you check fuel pressure? you could be really lean. How do i check the fuel pressure? I am betting you have a bad vacuum line or you didnt' reinstall something correctly. The car should stall when you cover the iac hole in the tb. so air is getting in somewhere. Did you use new gaskets? Spray so...
