I thought that I had mine pretty good, but apparently I didn't. My tranny issues went away when I bled it again, except for when it get really hot. I'll be making a heat sheild for mine and wrapping it in the reflective tape. Post some pics up!

I think you should go with the single in dual out crossflow Magnaflow muffler and vette tips. Magnaflows are generally quieter than others. I am going to be switching to one this summer even if it means making the skinnier part of the trunk skinnier. My flowmaster is shit anyhow.

Well, good luck with the target weight, not saying its impossible, but that turbo hardware and related shit is pretty heavy, as well as the engine. I'd like to say its possible, but I dunno. What creature comforts are you keeping?
