A lot of parts cleaner...lol. You can pay via Paypal, AaronZ34@gmail.com, or check/money order, your choice.

To set it up identical to the factory, you will need two coolant lines, and the special water inlet. The water inlets with the oil cooled cars had two nipples, in addition to the main radiator inlet, not just the one for the TB bypass. That diagram you posted in the other thread was incorrect on the flow path, but no big deal. The coolant flows out from a port on the side of the engine block, into the cooler, then into the water inlet. However, you can do it any way you wish. I have a line from my LIM, that was for the TB line, go to the oil cooler, then it returns to where the TB bypass line originally returned.

But other than the coolant setup, you won't need anything besides an a large O-ring, just go to the auto parts store and dig through to find a size, or reuse the one that comes on it.

In this pic, the U-shaped rubber line on the right side is the feed, from the port in the block, and the L-shaped tube ont he left is the return. Notice the inlet piece has 2 nipples. But for your's, I would just take the line that normally goes to the TB bypass, and go to the oil cooler instead. Then for the return, just go up to the TB bypass return on the nipple.

Madman, your stuff is in the mail, USPS. I included one of the coolant lines for the oil cooler, I didn't have the other. They are dirty.

I ohm'ed the fuel level sender. From the purple wire to ground on the fuel lines, I was getting 6ohm at empty, and around 124 full. It was a smooth transition however. Being that these numbers seemed a bit off, I plugged it into my 88GT (That was a bitch and a half), and had my Mom move the sender slowly from empty to full. Gas gauge read perfect, empty to full. So I can tell you with confidence that yes, it works! :thumbleft:

So Billy, $50 shipped for the L36 intake assembly and fuel level sender? The sender will include everything, the fuel pump mount, lines, wiring, etc. Just not the fuel pump itself.

It isn't used, and the ball joints alone are worth more than that. Get lost.

It is the newer tank, so the 12 gal capacity, and is in great shape (No dents, cracks, rust). How does $50 sound? It's going to be a bitch to ship though.

Ask me how I've learned that buying a big lot of stuff to try to flip in the Fiero community is not a winning proposition.

You're dead on. But I didn't do it to make money, I bought it because it had all of the body panels I needed, and it was really cheap. So basically, I got a good deal on the body panels I needed, and a bunch of shit I had no use for to go along with it.

I'm sure I do. What's the part # for it, or are they all the same?

I'll check the Fiero Store and see which box I have is the right one.

Not sure on the p/n but the grease fitting broke off of one of mine, may as well replace it.

90 ohms full, 0 ohms empty - fuck, I think, it's been a while

but just check for fluctuations in the sweep of the sending unit
