Is there an easier way to remove the damn thing. Or do i have to remove the side skirt?

Don't think you can get around undoing at least half of the side skirt so you can unclip the quarter panel from it.

I know this sounds crazy but bare with me as i have no drill to remove the rivets on the side skirt... If i break that small piece clipped will the panel still stay put and fit well using the remaining 5 or so bolts attached to the wheel well and the 3 clips at the bottom of the panel itself that the side skirt clips into...

That enduraflex shit won't "break" you'll just mangle the shit out of it.

You don't have to drill out the plastic rivets, just punch in the centers with a nailset.
