PM the OP? Looks like it'll work well with the '88-'96 corvette halfshafts, even if it requires conversion-style u-joints. I'd hope those yokes are 1350-series, ask the OP about that, the ratio, and the choices of styles of limited slip diffs. Also ask the $$ and the torque capacity.

I realized it's a quick-change, so scratch the diff ratio.

Yeah, it is a quick change. There's a name on the quick change panel... can't make out if it's Hewland or Garland or what.

Trying to make out the letters on the end cover, the three on the top appear to be either OHV or AHO, but I can't tell which way they should be oriented. Can't make out the rest of the letters. Looks like two words with a dot or dash in the middle.

Check out Frankland. Looks familiar. Looked at about a million different rear diff housings when I was researching for the StreetCart project.

I still think it reads "GANGLAND". Someone should play with rotating, cropping and zooming until it really can be read.
Re: WTF is this diff housing?
I'm pretty sure that says FRANKLAND on the end. Not to mention FRANKLAND was a manufacturer of quick change diffs, made vertically ribbed covers, and it's nine letters long...
Most of the American quick change boxes share one of two patterns (6 or 10 bolt) so the covers/end plates are fairly interchangable.

I don't doubt you, but it seems the F and R are mutilated, it still looks to me to be a something and a G, But GANKLAND makes no sense. In any case, is anyone thinking of buying one, and if so, what's it going to be installed into?
