Got back to my room, and I see fire...

So I was laying in my bed ready to crash after a long day at work, and I hear the engine/truck companies up the street singing. Not a big deal, normally I'll see as they typically are headed right around my dorm, which is very close to all of our frat/sor houses. But I was too tired, so I said fuck it. Anyways, 2 minutes later, I hear more. Huh, that's odd, those companies are almost 6 minutes away. So I get up, look out my window, and HOLY SHIT. The house across the street is fully involved.

So I grab my camera, take a few pictures, then go back downstairs. I talk to a coworker of mine (A night cadet) doing crowd control with the police, and I listen in. It is a 3 alarm working structure fire, and neighboring departments have been mobilized for "mop up," which is a term for them relocating midway between both cities, and taking the calls that the companies at the fire can't take. So basically, of our 4 stations, every engine/truck was at the scene, so neighboring departments cover the other calls.

On to the pics (Not in any specific order), if you bitch about them loading, get a better job and get DSL. The first video will be up tomorrow, the next in a few days.

wasn't he supposed to be a volunteer fire kid or something along with being a "fire engineer" ? he probably set the fire and was in his room jerkin it to the sight of the flaims
