If it was flat and not curved for an import it may be OK to see on the car. But the center being higher than each end KILLS IT!

Take the wing off and leave it off.
Or get one of those HUUUUGGEEE GT style wings.

I like the wing style, don't care for the mounts. They need to be some big-ass ones that will put that wing up in the atmosphere. I'd say about 14" tall should do it.
How much?

I agree with Jeff. The wing will definitkly need to be higher to be really functional. I do like how it looks.

Ugh....
Fucking japanese styling. :cussing:
Skyline is a cool car. But it has the same problem most japanese cars do; their lines are very, very odd. They don't generally flow well through the car, and the they tend to be abrupt and broken. Throwing all kinds of body-kit bullshit only highlights the flaws in japanese styling.
And for some reason, this gets "style points" with the tuner crowd.
How does that wing in ANY way flow with, accentuate, compliment, or even co-exist with the lines that are already on the car?
Same question for about any and every body-kit for a japanese kit ever made...
Definitely a thumbs-down. But then again, I'm a purist.

That looks awful, both Donk's spoiler and the pic Steven posted.
I like those wheels, but the rest of the car ruins it.
I'm with Mach on this, if anything, remove the spoiler and go naked.

Thats a good point Mach but its soo hard to find something that "flows" with a Skyline body...
That pic that Series posted is more of the style used by the aftermarket / tuners it seems and the wavy looking one is "last years style"
IM still looking, would like to ditch the stocker for a light CF one... Found a place here in town that sells the CF hoods for $1000 ... We will see.
Post more pics of aftermarket wings... doesnt only have to be for Imports or Skylines...
Remember the one i had on my Fiero?

Any pics of the Nismo piece on a car? It looks promising.
This one is ok:
Stupid question, is the black car in the below photo a Skyline? The car with guys standing in front of it. If so, I like that wing.
I don't really like anything else posted. But I think my tastes run a bit more subtle than yours so I may not be the advice you want to heed.

Doug - That black car has a stock wing on it.
The nismo wing is used with the stock wing.. or should i say they come together... A GTR had the stock wing and if it was a Nismo car it had the lip too... I do have a pic of a car with just the NIsmo wing somewhere. When i find it ill post it.

I think that's a great looking spoiler. Would be my number one choice as well.

I always loved the look of your Indy for one specific reason...
I bet that it got the Indy purists so sick to their stomachs that they'd go and cry... lol! :puke: Great looking wing.

Oh yeah... after we would post pics of out local Red Deer run on Old Europe, all the "purists" would rag on his car although it looks great in person. Its got the right rims and spoiler.
