infact, I have a mobil athlon64 powering my desktop im on now. It took a bit of moding to get it working, but they are made highergrade, so it can overclock better.

I guess that's good then...But to be honest, it was pretty much luck. Had I found another computer with better components otherwise, at the same or lower price, I would've bought it. The processor speed is semi-important, but battery life doesn't matter (It'd be plugged in most all of the time).

But that's good to know in the future!

Intel is about to own AMD. Their conroe processor is faster then anything Amd has out. Intel will probably have a mobil version of it sometime.
Its an interesting time for pc's. The big two are going to be going at it like crazy.
Its too bad allot of major brand names are totally bought out by Intel. Thats the big reason I dont like dell.
