All SS's got the same hood/intake. The only difference in exhaust is where it exits at the rear bumper, either center or split. SLP does offer other intake and exhaust options (aka: aftermarket), but it is in no way part of the SS package (or the mythical SLP package you like to talk about). An as far the rear end goes, a new part does not make a good part when it is junk to begin with. If it does break, good luck trying to warranty it. Aftermarket warranties will find any excuse not to warranty it, and if they do, they'll have it rebuilt or swap in a salvage one.Aaron wrote: So why did the SS have 20 more horsepower? Well our's is nearly brand new, I'm not worried about it. And it's covered by warranty.

So because someone suggested I should, I am supposed to find a dyno, pay for it, then run it, buy a camera to get it on tape, get the dynosheets, and everything else involved because I claimed our stock car makes stock horsepower.

hi I am new here but I love both cars camaro and fiero, some of the things I am reading are not right. I am in no way defending Aaron I have lurked long enough to know not to do that, but the camaro is different. this is what you had to add to a Z/28 to get an SS.
and here are the options you could get from slp.
330 RWHP without a tune is a stretch 320 yes but not
much more.
