Fixed the IAC and such. CLeared the codes. Pulled up a code 42. It idles really rough. Wants to stall when cold all thetime. Sounds like its firing on one cylinder too. 42 is the EST, which is somethign in the ignition. Could be the module not sure.
firewall side manifold glows red but not the trunk side, but no vacuuum leaks.
Throttle is rough till about 3500 rpm and then clears up higher then that and runs smooth.

What ECM?
Generic:
42 The EST signal did not change when the ECM applied bypass voltage to the ignition module.
Could be bad wire or a bad module... maybe check for connector corrosion
For manifold glowing - You're 100% you don't have any vacuum leaks? Are your injectors new? Is it possible you squished an injector wire between the engine and trans?

The only place I could have a vacuum leak is at the injector o ring itself. I have every other vacuum source plugged off except for the map sensor. Also I put my hand over my tb and the motor died. I have had vacuum leaks before and if I plugged the tb the motor would still run. This dies instantly confirming my no vacuum leak suspicion. It is hard to tell though with it farting and popping so bad though. Like I said its firing almost on 5 cylinders. Just sounds rough at low rpm and clears up at around 3500.
THe timing could be off on teh motor as I haven't checked that yet since it idles really rough. It sounds like it has a huge duration cam of it. I got a vid/soundbyte of it just have to post it up.
I haven't pulled the module yet to swap it out. It gets dark way too early now and I don't feel like working on it in the dark. Thats when mistakes are easy to make and not know it.

Here is the really dark video. Done for sound not video.

bad module would explain it running bad... wouldn't explain one bank running lean (or rich)... Take a can of carb cleaner and spray it around your intake checking for changes in the idle sound. Don't catch anything on fire...
change the module first though
edit- you set timing with a light, right?
