hate.. I don't know why people think they can be homophobic and racist because there is free speech.
Word, Kramer fucked his career, but he didn't sacrifice his freedom. There was and is no law against what he did, and no law that protects him from the consequences of his actions. A little personal responsibility please.
Yeah, he can talk all the shit he wants (with some exceptions), but other people can say all the shit they want to say about what he said. Just because you can say stuff, doesn't mean there will be no consequences.

Some guy got sentenced to 200 years for internet child porn. As despicable as that is, 200 years for it is a good indicator of freedam, as it relates to the US or its Constitution. Talk to any lawyer or law scholar, tell them about the Constitution; they'll laugh or yawn of boredom. The US Constitution is just part of the facade of US liberty.... doesn't really exist, esp for the poor.

A bit out of context though... What I meant was that I could call you a greasy ass trailer banging mullet-wearing manhandling bum-buster... And there'd be not a damn thing you could do about it.
Whereas, if I made the previous statement in person I'd either be picking up my teeth or drinking the beer you bought me for being a wiseass.
Both serious consequences otherwise avoided by the internet.
"Oh, this is too good. She thinks you're a servant... Cause you're black! This is greatest moment in my miserable life... Sooo-ey! I LOVE RACISM!"

And someone actually presses charges, which is, unfortunately, getting more and more likely these days.
