FYI: the steering wheel isnt a MOMO its a grant.

The dohc was kept by the original buyer, along with the corvette brakes and tubular suspension.

Alot of missing info about that car in that auction...

I dont' think the holset HX35 is a diesal turbo. But then again I don't really know what models come on diesals. I would ask MTA, or PBJ. THey are both familiar with using diesal turbos

Yeah, this is a diesel turbo. It's extremely popular to use on the turbofords. I seen higher horsepower numbers out of these than out of t3/t4 hybrids, which is the usual upgrade.

The turbo is from a 99 1/2 dodge with the cummings.

It's from a diesel. It's basically the poor man's GT35. I think its a bit on the small side for a 3.4 though; maybe its more equivalent to a GT30. HX40 would be great for a 3.4 DOHC I think. Nice thing about Holset turbos is they go for only a few hundred bucks in good shape. Also they have very nice compressor designs; they're extremely efficient over a wide range of pressure ratios and flow.
