It's weird in the ghostbusters, where they show one pic at the beginning from far away that is supposed to be the 'evil' building, but I believe they changed buildings midway through the shoot.. The one they finally settled on is at 55 Central Park West..

But yeah, the one you shot does look like the one from the other part! Unless it's the same as this one from a different angle of course..
