They have provisions for controlling the VTEC solinoid at a user selectable RPM...hook that up to your servos and you can control everything from the drivers seat on the fly
VTEC control is strictly on-off. It would not be appropriate for anything variable.

nah the plan was to make a set of cogs that you coulf esily adjust in about 5 minutes time
