I don't know shit about either, but common sense dictates that it's a big fuckin on parts. I think all cars have a fair amount of reliability as made today.

There's a reason for that. If you want a (more) expensive Ford Taurus, go for it.

Wait... compared to traditional Jag reliability, that's almost not a selling point.

I just picked up a '92 535i for <$1500. Maybe you should look at Bimmers.
