First post of new member. FYI share.

Added a home position sensor on the top of the distributor. With the TDC sensor is still there and working for the stock ECU.
According to the home position sensor, my controller can re-distribute all ignition signals to 6 COPs at the correct sequence.

interesting, got any pictures of the modified parts? any plans for a cover over the moving parts?

Any specifics on how you did this? Care to do a write up?

Welcome to the forum!

You have some very cool projects. Is that Fiero in Taiwan? It must be the only one there!

Did you make your own ignition controller or is it a commercially-available part? Does the controller receive timing control information from the stock ECU?

That controller is modified from one of my own product DFC Direct Fire Converter.

I provide the car owner the hall sensor, the cover is his own work.
He is still working one it, his current cover fail to fit in.

I have ignition products DFC and DMF for sale currently on in Taiwan.

DFC working on old HONDAs. Which can recognize the EPSs inside the distributor and calculate the position
to distribute next incoming ignition signals to correct COP.

Not only the correct position and sequence, my controller also do the dwell control holding the COPs' charge
time to always 5.6ms(specified in the MCU) all the way to high revs, for example 10000rpm.

In this FIero's case. The owner complain about the missing fires at high revs, though it's only abut 6000rpm.
He guess that could be the problem of the distributor ignition system.
He came to me to ask if I can do the conversion, and that's the project for.

Today, we finished the AFR tuning for this boosted Fiero with a GReddy's eManage blue computer.

This is the first Fiero with direct fire conversion in Taiwan.
The controller synchronizes the ignition timing to the ECU and the GM's ignition module during the early crank up.

I can sell the whole kits. The controller box is as small as a cigarette box.
We also provide quality COPS's that's can hold 5.6ms dwell time at all revs.
My higher grade product DMF (Direct Multi Fire) can do not only dwell control but also do 6 extra fires.

Please noted that.
We DO NOT raise the COP's supply voltage.
We DO NOT raise the COP's ignition output voltage.

How much do you sell this conversion kit for?
