Looks heavy. But -22* will get the god done!! Wont that have a negative pull on the electrical system?

30 amps... it's like an extra fan

is 400 watts enough though?

They should run the exhaust through one in the rear to power the intercooler one in front.

Yes, it's a great big peltier.

Did anyone read the theory of operation? That was a hoot.

Tell them to make one out of inconel to pull power from the exhaust.

lol....60* lower liquid temps means 60* lower intake temps! Yes!
Heat molecules though? Wow. Just, wow.

dude you get the power from removing the heat molecules. HEAT MOLECULES, FTMFW!

Yeah, gotta love pseudo-science babble. Whatever sells the product, I guess?

How do you mean Inconel to pull power from the exhaust? To my understanding Inconel is simply a high temp alloy?

Looks like the charge air goes through aluminum heat exchangers in the intercooler version. I don't think that would last well if it passed exhaust gas. Inconel is also very corrosion resistant.

I suppose my question should have been, "how do you propose to create power with an Inconel exhaust?" Then I made the connection and did a bit of reading. I wasn't previously aware of the Seebeck effect although I really should have been.

Haha, using exhaust heat to make power, to run a big peltier to cool the intake charge air? That'd be cool...

400/800W though? I have some serious, serious doubts as to how effective that'd be? My 1500W room heater struggles to warm air 30 degrees at much, much less flow than a motor is going to consume. Especially a high output turbo motor. The extra alternator draw isn't going to be pretty, either. I don't have a degree in thermodynamics, but that's my educated guess.
