Linkin Park > You.

Post by Falcon4 »

Never before has anyone actually been able to openly laugh their asses off while watching such images of the world's problems. Until of course... you speed said images up to 60fps and make the band sing like chipmunks.

LP-WID-60fps.avi, 40mb, requires XviD, DivX, or any other MPEG-4 codec, and a hell of a fast computer to crank it out at 60 frames per second (instead of the usual 23.976).

Enjoy. :salute:

But its that last .976 that makes it smooth, without being too smooth. :thumbleft:

60 fps is too smooth.

When the hell did they go EMO?

great recorded band, but one of the worst I have heard live - and I have heard ALOT live. It's really too bad, it kinda killed the whole video persona they had for me.

I half expected the lead singer to end the video by cutting himself.

I liked the song more before seeing that.

You have a very weird sense of emo.

Evanescence's "Sweet Sacrifice" is dripping with emo.

LP's "What I've Done" is dripping with ass-kicking.

lol, yeah I guess I have a rather broad sense of emo.

But guys wearing tight black clothing and ear plugs is definitely not ass-kicking, nor is the random dancing around. Or little ring around the rosy crap they do in the middle.

I thought it reeked of U2 ripoff/spinoff. The last thing on my mind was "emo". Emo is more "slit my wrists/cry my eyes out/sit in a corner and die because life is so suck and my girlfriend/boyfriend/dog just broke up/is pissed/killed himself". WID is more like "the world is fucked up and you're all a bunch of idiots but you can still do something about it i guess". I love WID. Emo fails.

Some of those images in the video are a little "uncomfortable" to look at, like the funky disfigured skinny people, but it's all part of the world's "problems". But IMO that whole video is a masterpiece. The ring around the rosy thing, come on, that's just part of the video's style. Visual effect. Now if everyone was dancing around in ring-around-the-rosy gay shit, I'd be upset... :la:

Music videos are the reason why America's children can't read.
