check out http://sealsit.com/firewall.asp for some great pass through rubber seals that are fire retardant. You can even get 2 piece units so you dont have to remove the lines, and put them back through. $15-20 each.

Any reason not to just use 3/4" heater line? I got a box of 50' red (also comes black) Thermoid brand heater hose. Its high temp rated and won't blow out. I understand its not AS cut resistant, and its under the car, but its not too likely to fail. If it DOES fail, its easy to fix and won't af...

The pvc stood up to a 1000 degree heat gun ok. Sure it softened up so I could bend it but I couldnt touch it for minutes after so it was pretty fucking hot. I hate to be the one to say it, but the material your using for your intercooler piping will fail. neither PVC or the tubing your using will hold up to 120*F you could possibly have gotten away with CPVC and some nylon soft lines. That will melt and fall apart.
