now I have 4 court dates and the following charges
driving while suspended 3rd degree x 3 diffrent tickets/cops.
tabs expired x 2 diffrent tickets.
possesion of equal to 40 grams. illegal narcotics
delivery of illegal narcotics equal to 40 grams.
use of illegal narcotics.
arressted and released 3 times
looking at a little more time in the pokey apperently :thumbleft:

first drug charges I have ever recived, I had never touched weed tell a year ago.

did the crime, now I get to do my time :salute:

Here a first drug charge is like a guaranteed suspended sentence. My buddy got caught with scales, bags, $1,000 in cash, and an assload of product. He did 4 days and got his car impounded for like 90 days and had to pay a fine of like a grand.

I got busted in my baby blue (Bamboo according to lexus, go figure) RX330, and my fiero is the invisible one ironically. Its like 4 different colors, they just think I am some hilljack.

I was in a 97 jeep wrangler the first time I got pulled and it was for no mudflaps so i switched to the bmw and thats when I got nailed twice in it.
I just got back from one court date today, public defender told me id have to pay a bail forfiture of 250 and it would go on my record. I found the prosicuter before court started and we made an agrement to save us both time. im going to get it lowred to license not on person and 50 dollars.

it was weed, have never messed with anything else, and didn't even touch weed for the first time tell about a year ago...
I was remembering all my charges off the top of my head here is the drug charges word for word.
