1990 Audi Coupe Quattro in SC

Post by bryson »

The time has come for me to sell my Audi. It's a yellow 1990 Coupe Quattro. It's a 5spd with the 20v 5cyl engine. It runs very strong and is a blast to drive. It's got ice cold A/C, new tires, new brake pads, new differential mount, door panels reupholstered, new P/S and A/C compressor belt, and fresh oil change (by this weekend). It's got the H&R springs and rides really well. If anyone is interested, I also have some Hoosier slicks on 4 stock Speedlines. The seats are heated, and the interior is in excellent shape, but the driver's seat is a little torn up. The backseat is perfect, and so is the dash. The driver's seat is being repaired right now, though. I'll try to find some better pictures soon.

I'm asking 4000 obo. The body is incredibly straight, but some panels have lighter shades of yellow than others. The interior is black, and I'll try to get some pictures of it too.

I had my dad take some pictures for me, so I haven't had a chance to wash it up yet (and clean those wheels...man those are filthy), but I will wash it this weekend and borrow my friend's camera to get some good pictures.

It's hard to believe that car and my 6000 are from the same model year. Dam GM was behind the times...

I'm asking 4k obo. Haha I know what you mean, Will -- I used to compare the 1993 Grand Am (looking around for Quad4 donors) with my friend's '93 RX7 and I couldn't believe it. I guess the RX7 was a little ahead of its time, though. I love that Audi stuck with the CQ body style until '95 or something with the S2 in Europe.

I like how Audi put the radiator beside the motor, and not right behind the grille, sorta different. It must be a 'slant 5', is the motor angled to the passenger side?
