I was trying to park by my friend's apartment in Westwood so I circled some streets for awhile waiting for someone to pull out of a space. After 5 or 10 minutes I finally found one!

I walked to dinner then came back to my car. Someone had left a note for me!!!

Drive around again and rev the engine a little more to make some extra noise, then try to park as close to where you did last time. Leave the car and hide somewhere with a video camera. Catch the person in the act and call the police. Present them with the note and video evidence and have the person arrested for damaging your property. Maybe then they will learn to not take the law into their own hands. You can also present them with a towing bill, a bill for the price of a couple of fix a flat cans or the price of four new tires depending on the method they use to deflate your tires.:thumbleft:
