That guy must be a pro. He was confusing the hell out of the cops by stepping on the brakes while accelerating, and swerving all over to fake a turn before just taking off again. Crazy!

The wire on the bottom of the cyclone fence was missing. The fence will stretch up, but I bet it raked the hell out of the paint.

yea you can see the bar that goes across the top of the fence is moving. He hit the fence for sure and it just rolled up over the car.
