Brake lines (AN). Stupid question for some

Brake lines (AN). Stupid question for some

Post by JohnnyK »

Alright, the brake hose prices for a 68 mustang are absurd, so I was wading through some catalogues and they show braided AN 3 line with a banjo on one side.. So far so good, provided the banjo works (The 68 has a big rectangular one. These are small circular ones. Provided the hole and width are the same, should they both work?). Anyways, so obviously I need to connect these to my regular 3/16 Y flare brake lines.. How does that work? Am I supposed to find some sort of adapter that screws into the 3an fitting and converts it to a normal Y-flare adapter, or...? Thanks

I'm aware this isn't fiero related persay, but brake line is brake line.

Yes, the small round banjos will work.
Earl's will have all the raw parts you need. You can put them together any way you need to.
